Corporate Event:
At Orlando Kart Center we provide a unique race opportunity that will boost the team spirit among your staff and colleagues. It is a perfect opportunity to have a holiday party, a staff appreciation event or any other corporate occasion ideal for your group.
In our corporate events, we reserve the track exclusively for your group during your allotted time. We also provide a special area for those who would like to have catering services in our facility.
All of your group members will be provided with a track wristband upon check in. The teams are usually pre- determined so you can take the best advantage of your allotted time with us. A video with safety instructions is then presented to everyone.
The race will be divided into 3 sessions. The sessions last about 10 minutes each (12-14 laps) and are divided as follows:
Session 1 – Practice: This is the important one – drivers will have the chance to become familiar with our track and gain some experience on it.
Session 2 – Qualify: This session is the one that will decide the “Grid Position” for the start of the race.
Session 3 – Race: It is the final race that will reveal the winners.
Trophies are complimentary from your friends at Orlando Kart Center and to personalize them, we will have the wording of your choice engraved on them!
After your racing experience is complete, your group is welcome to continue to use our facility to enjoy your meal if your package included catering. (We allow an extra complimentary hour of non-track time if you are doing catering after your race event).
We permit 12 karts of our fleet to be on track at the same time. The only requirements are a helmet which is provided to each driver and closed toed shoes.

Non-Corporate Packages
If you would like to do a non-exclusive event (we can run regular rental sessions in between your group’s sessions) we have discounted prices for 10 or more drivers. The prices are as follow:

| $49.50 – 30 minutes of track time | 10 or more drivers |
*Above prices include tax & all additional fees (such as insurance, helmet & balaclava rental & track time)
**Damage to karts is NOT covered in above prices. If karts are damaged during your event, you will be responsible to pay for the damages.
