Orlando Kart Center will have some karts ready to drive with RAIN TIRES.   If you are planning to come and drive just bring a dry set of cloth so you can change or even take a shower after you experience one of the most fun experiences of your life.  It takes a real skilled driver to go fast with rain tires on a professional go kart track.  If you think you have what it takes, come on by and give it a try.
